For a Safe & Happy Stay

Pet passport. Vaccinations

All pets must have the updated health card and up-to-date on all their vaccines (rabies, tetravalent and cough from the kennel) and be provided with a microchip in the owner's name.

Toys, beds, blankets

It is compulsory for dogs to come with a collar and leash. We also recommend that you bring a toy, bed, blanket or any other accessory that you consider convenient to make your pet feel more comfortable.

Delivery and collection schedule.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30, and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Animals may not be delivered or collected outside these hours or on public holidays. The animals must leave the residence before 12:00.

Food.

Dirty and Happy provides pets with high quality food during their stay in residence. In the case of a special diet or medical treatment, we will take care of the special care you need.

* A 10% discount will be applied to stays in kennels for a period of more than 30 days.
