Once we receive your details we will send you a booking confirmation or cancellation message if there is no availability.
Check-in
Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Please enquire about collection or home delivery.
Passport
Pets that are not vaccinated or come without a passport or the corresponding vaccination card will not be accepted.
Check-out
Check-out after the stay in our pet hotel is before 12:00. After the cut-off time, the day-care fee will be charged.
